The hotel Poseidon

Hey everyone back again to tell you about this amazing getaway that I found, over on the island of Fiji. The hotel Poseidon that tucked away there is an amazing combination of beach side relaxation and undersea adventure.  You have a choice of a beautiful open cabana type room, or a room under the sea.  The way Bruce Jones designed this underwater hotel stemmed from his 19 years in the civil submarine business. He has taken that knowledge, and with the support of many, created an ingenious space for people to enjoy.  The sense of being the one in the fish tank within this space makes it fun for all.
The rooms couldn’t have been more masterfully constructed.  The elevation of the bathing area and its placement deep in the space allows you to maintain privacy and still enjoy the view as you soak. The partial partitions that create a seating area toward the front of the space give you your own private viewing area.  While the bedroom area gives you a place to partially escape from the view if you so choose.   The selection of multiple curvilinear elements adds to the sense of being in a bubble, and does a good job reinforcing their message.

  1. OH MY GOODNESS! This looks absolutely amazing...and expensive. I want to get lost in this room for weeks and do nothing but watch the fish go by. It is so sleek looking and the ribbed vaulting of the support system is beautiful! And as far as bathing goes, I can only imagine that to be a one of a kind experience.
